Offering Clit Press- Double Rotary Tablet Compression Machine.
- Outstanding Features:
- Clit Press is specially designed to compress DS, Capsules &
Oval shaped tablets.
- Force Feeder is provided to regulate uniform flow of large
volume of granules at high speed.
- Force Feeder is with variable speed to feed granules at desired
rate
- Standard feed frames can also supplied along with the machine
(Optionally). This facility in compressing certain products where
force flow feeders are not suitable. It can also be used as an
alternative arrangement in case of breakdown of force Flow
Feeders.
- Unique clutch system to start & stop the machine to avoid
abnormal load on the machine
- Upper punch penetration system. This facilitates in setting of
compression position in the Die.
- Upper punches are covered with acrylic dust guards.
- Machine is totally enclosed. This reduces the noise level and
prevent to & fro flow of dust between compression zone and
compression room.
- Large paint free compression zone to meet GMP norms. Motor and
gear box of feeders are fitted outside the compression zone on top
of the machine, which also facilitates ease in maintenance.
- Anti Vibration mountings provided, hence no foundation is
required.
- Top acrylic guards are interlocked to prevent the machine being
operated when the guards are open for safety purpose.
- Separate control panel.
